Abstracts for poster presentations can be considered up to the 01.02.2026.
Registration

Registration fee includes:
- transfer from airport to conference hotel;
- four overnight stays at the hotel;
- conference materials; all meals,
- coffee breaks and banquet.
It also includes all resort activities, spa center, billiard, etc. In fact, the only thing not covered by the registration fee is your travel to and from Tashkent (Uzbekistan). Detailed payment instructions are available on the conference web site.
Visa
To obtain an Uzbekistan visa, you can apply for an e-visa online or through an Uzbek embassy or consulate. For shorter stays (up to 30 days) for tourism, you can apply for an e-visa. If you need a longer stay or are not eligible for an e-visa, you'll need to apply through an Uzbek embassy or consulate. You can check online whether you need a visa for Uzbekistan or not.
